| All members of IACP. With certain exceptions. | |
| What liability limits is available under this policy? | |
| One Million($1,000,000) Dollars. This is the only general liability limit available. Lower limits are not available because coverage is provided on a group policy. | |
| What does the policy cover? | |
| All of your premises and operations and other standard policy coverage's; plus CCC added coverage endorsement designed for IACP. Coverage for personal property, including pets, in you Care, Custody and Control. |

| What is Care, Custody and Control? | |
| All standard liability policies EXCLUDE coverage for damage to personal property in your care, custody or control. This means that ANY personal property, including a pet, which is physically within your care, custody or control, is excluded from coverage should that property be damaged or destroyed, due to your negligence. The CCC Endorsement with this policy deletes this exclusion up to $10,000 per occurrence/$25,000 Aggregate per year. This means you will have coverage for personal property and pets in your care, custody and control, up to these limits. | |
| Are independent contractors covered? | |
| NO, unless coverage is purchased at the rate of $25.00 per independent contractor. | |
| Is there a deductible? | |
| Yes, there is a $250.00 PER CLAIM deductible. | |
| Doesn’t my Standard Liability Policy or my Business Owner Policy cover these things? | |
| NO. These policies DO NOT cover you for pet or personal property in you care, custody or control. | |
| Can I purchase this policy from my local agent? | |
| NO. This is a group program only available to members through the program administrator. | |
| Can I pay in installments or with a credit card? | |
| We do not offer a payment plan. Policy premium is due at the inception of the policy. However we do accept payments via Master Card or Visa. | |
| Are my Employees, Independent Contractors or myself covered on this policy if injured while on the job? | |
| NO. This policy does not cover for on the job injuries for anyone working in your business including yourself. You will need to purchase a Workers Compensation Policy. | |
